Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

At Franke, work security begins not only with the instructions – but with you. Together with the executives, you are the driving force behind a safe and healthy working environment in our warehouse. Every day, you actively shape how our employees are protected, informed and strengthened. With a trained look, you analyze our warehouses, support managers in risk assessments, and take concrete measures with the responsible persons. You are not only an observer or an observer – you are a designer: security documents, workshops and trainings carry your handwriting and ensure that security is lived with us. You are regularly in the camp, carry out security visits and document your findings carefully. You moderate ASA meetings with sovereignty and bring all participants to a table – from executives to external partners. Your advice is required when it comes to complex issues of occupational safety – and you will find clear, practical answers. You work closely with authorities and professional associations, develop emergency and security concepts and ensure that prevention is not just a word for us, but a living reality. When an accident happens, you analyze the causes and develop measures that prevent repetitions.

You know the right to work and have a good sense of relevant standards and regulations. Ideally, you also bring the qualification as a fire protection officer – and if you are additionally set up as a responsible electric specialist (VEFK), the better. You have strong moderation and presentation skills that help you manage ASA sessions and make training and workshops effective. You bring intercultural competence and can work effectively with international colleagues from Germany and Switzerland. But what really distinguishes you is your way: you communicate clearly, convince with specialist knowledge and perform with natural enforcement. You work autonomously, think ahead, and introduce new impulses. Digital tools and MS Office are self-evident for you – and you enjoy working with different teams and developing solutions together.
