Team Leader IT - CRM & Digital Solutions Full-time / Part-time (m/f/d)

You take over the strategic direction and further development of our CRM and service system landscape (including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics) Together with specialist areas, IT and implementation partners, you design and implement our CRM roadmap With empathy and clarity, you can coach and develop your team in the areas of CRM, Mobile Solutions and Telephony The continuous development of our customer app – including release management – is your responsibility Our telephony system develops operationally and strategically: from stable operation to integration to the expansion of new functions You integrate AI solutions into our digital platforms, including in telephony. You identify suitable applications and implement innovative AI technologies to optimize the customer experience External service providers tax you sovereignly and always keeps in mind budget, tenders and cost-effectiveness You ensure a stable system operation, recognize technological trends in the CRM and customer service environment at an early stage and evaluate them specifically with regard to their added value for our company

A completed study of (economic) informatics, BWL, economic engineering or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis You bring multi-year experience in the IT environment – ideally with a focus on CRM systems – and you also have experience in IT project management (agile or classic, for example according to SCRUM or PRINCE2) via well-founded practice. You convince by sovereign stakeholder management, you like to work across areas and bring leadership experience or clear motivation to go the next step into a leadership role.
