The focus of your future activity: You will analyze the market and benchmarks of competitors You will become market research and customer satisfaction activities incl. Coordination and implementation of the necessary service providers You will derive impulses for customer, sales and product processes You will absorb and maintain impulses, promote cross-sectoral networking, and transparent positive and negative feedback from all contact points along the entire customer journey You will act as a neutral entity to sustainably increase customer satisfaction You will support process optimization and efficiency enhancement measures

You have a degree in BWL (university/university or comparable qualification). You have practical experience from market research. You have very good knowledge of the influencing factors of customer use and of the competitive environment. You have a very good understanding, analytical ability and customer orientation. You are very communicative, problem-solving-oriented and conflictable. You have a very good quality behavior. You are team-ready, performance-oriented and responsible. You have a high motivation to work independently. You have good business knowledge. You are characterized by openness to agile working methods and the desire to work independently.
