Monitoring of production processes in terms of output, quality and safety in 3-shift operation Right to host all industrial employees Creation of shift plans for production and holiday planning for employees Instruction of employees in production Control and appointment of auxiliary and operating materials Monitoring the operability of production plants Collection and evaluation of production quantities Training of employees in terms of quality and work safety Management of employee talks Working with the implementation of standard requirements from IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001

Complete technical training (e.g. as an industrial mechanic, machining mechanicin, specialist for metal technology or the like) with additional qualification as an industrial masterin metal or technician*in Technical understanding Enforcement and experience in employee management Standards in DIN EN/Automotive Teamability and flexibility and loadability (according to the task)
