As a safety and health coordinator (m/w/d) in parttime, you are responsible for demanding construction projects in the Hamburg area. In doing so, you coordinate the necessary measures of safety and health protection, advise all project participants and ensure compliance with labour law requirements. With your professional know-how and a trained look for possible hazards, you are looking for safe processes at the construction site. We need your support for that!

Our experienced team of 25 employees supports contractors and project participants in the safety and health coordination at construction sites. We combine sound engineering expertise with practical and reliable advice.

Construction site support & Industrial safety coordination: Independent supervision of construction projects in the field of safety and health coordination.

Implementation of regular construction site visits and identification of safety-relevant hazards and areas of action.

Monitoring compliance with labour law requirements and agreed protection measures at the supervised construction sites.

Advice on safety facilities, organisational requirements and appropriate prevention measures.

Documentation & control: Creation, maintenance and control of SiGe plans, construction site regulations and other project-specific documents.

Structured documentation of construction site visits as well as traceable follow-up of identified defects and open measures.

deriving concrete recommendations for action to avoid and minimise safety and health risks.

Ensuring complete and quality project documentation throughout the entire project.

Project management & cooperation: Coordination of security-relevant coordination between contracting entities, planning parties, exporting companies and other project partners.

Own-responsible management of the supervised projects including scheduling and prioritization of the necessary measures.

Binding communication with customers and project participants on current work protection topics and necessary action needs.

Introducing our own ideas for the continuous development of our consulting quality and internal processes.

That's what you bring: completed studies of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable technical field; alternative a qualification as a state-tested:r Techniker:in, Polier:in or Meister:in a construction job on at least DQR level 6.

Multiannual professional experience in construction and construction sites as well as the necessary technical knowledge according to RAB 30.

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, at least on B2 level, combined with communication strength and a safe occurrence towards customers and project participants.

Self-employed, structured and customer-oriented work and willingness to regional external services and project-related travel activities.

This helps you to succeed faster: A completed qualification as a safety and health coordinator would be advantageous:in accordance with the construction site regulation and RAB 30.

The first practical experience in SiGe coordination or in a comparable function in occupational and health protection would be helpful.

Knowledge is advantageous in the preparation and maintenance of SiGe plans, construction site regulations and other work protection-related documentation.

A safe handling of Microsoft Office and digital applications for project management and documentation would be helpful.

A not yet available SiGeKo qualification is not an exclusion criterion: The necessary training can be completed within the Arsipa Group with appropriate professional qualifications.
