In this role, you are driving innovative projects in our real estate, infrastructure and industry areas and bringing your expertise into the strategic development of our business. With your focus on trends and user needs, you actively support business development and create added value for both internal and external stakeholders. At the Frankfurt site you will become part of the User Centric Spaces and Places – an interdisciplinary and hybrid team working together to shape spaces and processes in a sustainable, user-oriented and economical manner. Active participation of offers and concepts for the development of the User Centric Spaces and Places area Take over thematic research tasks for market observation and trend research Creation of communication and presentation documents and evaluations Support of project and team management in various tasks Preparation of lectures, publications and lectures as well as support in the organisation and execution of events (internal and external) Active participation in the acquisition of new projects, strategic market management and implementation of measures in social media marketing

Complete degree in economics, BWL, architecture, New Work, computer science, marketing or a comparable qualification First professional experience in a similar position or through internships is advantageous Safe handling of MS-Office, especially fun in designing presentations Strong communication in word and writing (German & English) Enthusiasm for apps and software as well as a good understanding of numbers Have fun exploring digital trends and applying them in practice
