Legal advice: You advise and represent the business areas of biogeen companies in all legal matters, in particular in economic, social, real estate and energy law. Corporate governance: You support the shareholders in matters relating to corporate management principles and equity management. M&A and integration processes: You accompany the legal acquisition and integration (PMI) of new biogas plants in the context of M&A activities and coordinate the legal part of the integration processes. Business standards and process design: You develop and secure legal frameworks for company-wide standards and implement them accordingly in legal processes and structures. Legal assessments: You create legal opinions and evaluate complex legal issues. Contract management: You check, design and negotiate contracts for the operating business units within the meaning of the company. Proceedings: You accompany and monitor ongoing civil law proceedings. Compliance and data protection: You act as a central contact person for compliance and data protection issues.

Technical background: You have successfully completed both legal state examina and have completed them with at least “full satisfaction”. Additional knowledge: You have proven successes in the close legal support of corporate projects and their contractual implementation; Experience in compliance and data protection law would be desirable. Professional experience: You convince through several years of well-founded professional experience as a lawyer (all) or syndicate law attorney (all) in a company or a law firm with comprehensive knowledge in business, corporate, real estate and energy law. Personal characteristics: Their strengths lie in the rapid collection of structures and facts, coupled with an entrepreneurial and strategic way of thinking. You are happy to work independently and proactively, always focused on solution-oriented, practical and legally secure solutions that you can convey very well in the team.
