Your challenge In our ADM plant in Mainz we operate a modern oil mill with directional technology. We are looking for a shift leader (m/w/d) for our production in the areas of seed & extraction, boiler house, refinery and biodiesel to strengthen our team. You run several shift teams, coordinate the cross-departmental process and bear the overall responsibility for quality and efficiency during the shifts. Ensuring operation, control, control, cleaning and easy maintenance in the functional area, taking into account SHEQ requirements and instructions of the (scientific) supervisor Participation in daily work planning as well as punctual inspections of construction sites as well as approval of work in accordance with work permit procedure In the event of disturbances in production: determining the measures to be taken in coordination with the relevant bodies. completed master or technician training as possible; alternatively completed vocational training with long-term professional and/or leadership experience Multiannual professional experience at comparable plants Suitability for full-conti work (including weekend and holiday work) German language skills (level C1) Safe English skills (level B2) desirable, but not condition PC user knowledge incl. standard software such as MS Office Embossed sense of security and responsibility Planning and coordination skills with good communication skills Team and staff management and social competence
