Successfully completed studies with a commercial and/or technical focus. Multiannual professional experience (min. 3 years) in the context of M&A, equity management, group development, private equity, family office, transaction consulting or auditing. Knowledge gained in integrated strategy and financial planning, corporate assessment and due diligence processes. Embossed analytical skills, structured working and entrepreneurial thinking. Communication strength, sovereign stakeholder management, and the ability to process complex issues in an address-oriented manner. High self-initiative, team skills and a good sense for people. German and English skills. readiness to travel for appointments in participations, targets and partners.
