You ensure compliance with national and international accounting standards, perform a powerful accounting team and actively promote the digital transformation of our financial department. Your mission:

Responsibility for the correct and timely creation of the monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS Management and development of accounting processes, including coordination of daily business and ongoing team skills Ensuring compliance with all legal and tax requirements in close cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and authorities Implementation and further development of accounting policies, internal controls and reporting structures Strategic development and digitization of accounting processes - with a view to the future project management in the introduction of SAP S/4HANA Cross-departmental cooperation with controlling, legal department, purchasing and management Main contact partner for external partners in audit and tax matters

completed studies in accounting, finance or related fields; a further training to the audited account holder (IHK) or a comparable qualification Long-term, proven experience in financial accounting, ideally in an international or medium-sized production company Strategic and operational experience in process management in the financial environment and in the modern management and development of employees Knowledge in German Commercial Law (HGB) and relevant practical experience with IFRS Embossed analytical skills, process-oriented thinking and a practical, solution-oriented way of working Long-standing SAP experience, ideally S/4HANA German and English knowledge in word and writing Very safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with accounting software
