In order to fulfill our mission, an intern at Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Management (m/w/d) will be looking for the next time possible. In your internship, you will support the team with diverse challenges and gain a deep insight into the human resources of one of the most growing young companies in Germany.

You accompany the entire recruiting process and applicant management for professionals and managers Through suitable channels (e.g. LinkedIn), you support the active search and selection of new potential candidate:inside By building trustworthy relationships with our applicants, you will significantly influence the Candidate Experience You act as an interface between our specialist departments and the applicants:inside and are the first contact person:in both sides and with advice and deed, you are on the side You have the opportunity to take over your own small projects and to succeed

You have successfully completed the first semester of your studies with an economic, psychological or educational focus and are immatriculated throughout the duration of the internship First practical experiences in the field of human resources, especially with the focus on recruiting, are of advantage, but no need You're enjoying dealing with people and wanting to actively introduce yourself to our HR team Your open and communicative way makes it easy for you to inspire others You have a quick understanding and work very structured, so you always keep an overview of your diverse tasks Very good MS Office knowledge complete your profile
