You bear the responsibility for heat treatment, lead a group of 60 employees in continuous operation and promote their further development. You ensure the optimal use of resources from an economic point of view. You are responsible for appointment, quality and cost. You implement the group-relevant department targets. You ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental and health protection in the field of use. You initiate change processes and actively participate in KPM projects.

You have successfully completed your training as a technician or master in the metal sector. You have professional experience in a comparable position in production. You have leadership skills, team skills and a strong organizational talent. You are able to communicate target group-oriented and motivate your employees. You convince by your decision and enforcement strength. You are characterized by an independent and targeted way of working.
