As a group manager, order control (m/w/d) guide you in a disciplined manner an assigned organizational unit (‘group’) and support the supervisor (m/w/d) with senior personnel topics (e.g. salary checks and personnel requirements planning). The following tasks are performed: Discipline leadership, motivation and development of your own team Ensuring the design of a process organisation that is appropriate to requirements. Implementation of active competence management (including qualification retention, adaptation and development qualification) and organisation of knowledge management to promote know-how transfer Responsibility for short-term planning (production planning <6 weeks) and for controlling production Control of the production orders with the currently provided system (SAP R3, here CS, MM, PP/ Way Suite / Power BI) Detection of KVP potential and independent implementation Development and creation of reports / evaluations / KPIs, deriving measures from results, as well as ensuring implementation Life and represent an open error culture within the framework of continuous improvement, for example by means of error and event messages Partial responsibility for the material control associated with the orders and the plan performance of manufacturing and repair orders Coordination with interfaces to project / PPM, logistics, production, production schedule and purchasing

Complete studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, communications technology, business management, economics or comparable Management experience Including professional experience in the development of small and medium-sized projects Practical experience in using modern development processes (scrum / agile / etc.) English knowledge in word and writing Global readiness Embossed negotiation and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
