To support our team, we are looking for an intern (m/w/d) in the Training & Qualification group for at least 3, ideally 6 months. We are pleased to be able to give you practical insights next to your studies. Your tasks You will be involved in the working day of modern staff work and will play a key role in the selection and recruitment of trainees and dual students. You carry out tasks along the entire recruiting process: visibility and preselection of applications, participation in interviews, and support to contract signing. You will get profound insights into diagnostic selection procedures and support their preparation and evaluation. You actively shape our social media appearance for training and dual study as part of Employer Branding. You are researching current trends and topics related to the promotion of young people and training, and you are proposing action. You support the team training & qualification in the strategic development of training. Your profile You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on (digital) communication, personnel, business management, business psychology or economics. You like to work creatively and develop your own ideas. You can quickly work into new topics, are organized and structured. You bring a social media affinity and strong interest in training topics. You have a good voice feeling and joy in writing your own texts in German for different audiences. You have a pronounced creative claim with a good eye for graphics, design and aesthetics.
