Group Management Cards - Payment Department (m/f/d)

VOCATIONAL COUNTRIES – PARTICIPATION The group of cards is currently composed of 13 employees who deal with all issues relating to the card business and ensure the settlement of payments. As a group leader*in, you organize efficient business processes in the team and actively participate in the development of overarching processes and processes with other specialist departments, e.g. market, compliance management, quality management, payment transactions. The implementation of the card strategy of our bank and the card management including the central stock management are essential tasks of the group of cards. In close coordination with the department manager Payment, you also perform the operating management of the different service providers and keep contact with the product owners for the bank's card business.

You are responsible for the group of cards in the newly created Payment department You guide and motivate employees in your group The customer-centric, solution-oriented and efficient alignment of business processes The continuous development of the group in fast and permanently changing framework conditions, such as the use of automated processes to the use of AI, in order to meet customer requirements quickly, efficiently and qualitatively high quality You support cross-departmental and cross-departmental cooperation, for example with the sales units or compliance management You control and monitor service providers in connection with the tasks of your team The completed implementation of regulatory requirements for the responsible area of responsibility You have role model function and contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and achieving the goals of our bank through your action
