Director Transaction Services Sales – Trade Advisory & Structuring / Working Capital Solutions (w/m/d) at Frankfurt

Our Working Capital Solutions (WCS) unit supports WCS transactions for multinational companies in the German market. We work closely with local TS Sales and Sector Coverage and Global Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Receivables Finance (RF) teams. Our objectives in the implementation of WCS solutions are risk mitigation, optimisation of cash flow, diversification of financing, improvement of financial indicators and return on capital, and the realization of price advantages. Whether acquiring, consulting or structuring – you keep the threads safe in your hands and open up new business opportunities to our wholesale banking customers and interested parties, especially German multinational customers. Take over the management of the origination processes, improve working capital and find the most suitable WCS solution with thoughtful pitches and customer advice. You also take care of commercial and credit permits, conduct legal negotiations sovereignly, structure the transaction and accompany the implementation process in every step. Together with colleagues from the global teams, you can maintain, manage and monitor customer portfolios, process challenging transactions, such as GCR or Leveraged, distribute work packages and develop presentations, analytics and processes. Of course, you also have administrative and operational tasks relating to transactions under control, onboardest Tier 1 suppliers, review KYC related matters as well as legal changes and are responsible for important process improvement projects. In short, you are the hub for our WCS transactions and are an essential point of contact for (potential) customers and internal stakeholders.

Master's degree, preferably in business, accounting or finance Long-standing well-founded professional experience in a transaction-driven environment, including credit and consulting capabilities, as well as a strong background in Working Capital Solutions (RF, SCF) / Trade Knowledge of the German/European trade and WCS market as well as market practices, participants and instruments Practice in structuring complex (multicurrency / multi-jurisdiction) SCF and RF transactions know-how on financial and non-financial risks, risk-taking, credit structuring against individual debitors or portfolio approach Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent analytical skills, result and deal oriented paired with a clear customer focus Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, hand-on and “Getting-it-done” mentality Embossed presentation skills, perseverance and fun at work in the team Open to cultural diversity in an international environment Flowing German and English in word and writing, further language skills are advantageous
