Supporting evaluation and assurance of product compliance and functional safety of vehicles and subsystems throughout the product life cycle Implementation and moderation of risk assessments, FMEA and Cyber Risk Assessments incl. derivation, implementation and follow-up of appropriate measures Assessment of control and safety systems in accordance with applicable guidelines and standards (e.g. CE, Machinery Directive, EN/ISO standards) and preparation and maintenance of technical documentation Specification and coordination of functional safety concepts at system and total vehicle level incl. Requirements Engineering in the V-Modell Planning and support of conformity assessments taking into account international legal and normative requirements Working in interdisciplinary development projects and in internal and external bodies to further develop security and compliance processes

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. vehicle engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable) Multiannual experience in product compliance, product safety or functional safety, ideally in the vehicle or machine environment Knowledge of relevant guidelines, standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. CE, Machine Directive, EN/ISO), ideally in the environment of mobile machines Experience in methods such as FMEA, risk assessment and functional safety development Structured, analytical methods and pronounced judgment and decision-making powers Interest in developing security and compliance strategies in the development environment Very good knowledge of German and English as well as readiness for occasional journeys (about 10%)
