Project Manager ''Campus Living'' (m/w/d) full-time

On the initiative of the Dieter Schwarz Foundation, the Technical University of Munich operates its own teaching and research site at the Heilbronn educational campus. The campus is under the guidance of “for The Digital Age” and focuses on the opportunities and challenges of the digital age, including in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Computer Science. The speciality of the campus lies mainly in the interconnection of management and digital technologies and deals with future topics around the middle class and family business.

Our interdisciplinary bachelor's and master's degree programs focus on teaching the latest technological and management skills and are taught in English. For the TUM Campus Heilbronn gGmbH, we are looking for a project manager “Campus Living” (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time (limited for 2 years, with a view to takeover). Your duties

Overall coordination of a Mentoring Program (“Buddy Program”) for TUM students at TUM Campus Heilbronn. This includes project management, implementation and further development of the program. You work closely with international students and the Buddy Program team Working in various projects in the “Campus Living” area to ensure and further develop student services at TUM Campus Heilbronn

Complete university studies and first professional experience ideally in administrative processes in higher education Funded knowledge in project and event management Intercultural and social competence Reliable, structured and independent working and conceptual skills Teamability and strong communication skills Excellent knowledge of English, very good knowledge of German in word and writing Excellent knowledge in all popular MS Office applications, desirable: knowledge in the use of databases/web tools
