Director SAP AMS (m/f/d)

Operational Service Control: You drive the reliable provision of our services and drive their continuous optimization as well as service transactions forward and act as a central customer for customers as well as internal teams and further develop existing customer relationships strategically. Process & Incident Management: You take responsibility for incident, problem, change and escalation processes. If necessary, you will also tax the processing of Major Incidents. Quality & KPI responsibility: You ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and quality standards, and start regular service and management reporting. Strategic leadership: You continuously develop the strategic orientation of the SAP Service business unit and guide specific goals for the market, customers and employees. Economic control: You are responsible for the economic success of your business unit and tax revenues, utilisation, earnings and contribution, and actively promote the scaling of the service business, identify new market potentials, develop service offerings and accompany tenders and presales activities. Team development & growth: For the growth of your business unit, you will strengthen the attitude, development and binding of qualified employees.

SAP-Service-Background: Finding experience in building a service unit as well as in application management, in controlling operating models or in the further development of service-oriented SAP organizations, you bring along. Technical SAP expertise: Experiences in the development, architecture and consulting in the SAP environment and in the operation of SAP landscapes form the basis for your activity. Entrepreneurial thinking: You combine strategic thinking with a strong understanding of economic relationships and successfully develop business potentials. Leadership: Employees and teams lead you goal-oriented, create trust and develop people sustainably – even in distributed and service-oriented AMS structures. Customer orientation and communication: You are confident about customers and stakeholders, ideally have a good SAP network and communicate safely in German and English.
