You assume successive responsibility for selected topics such as Market analysis and derivation of strategic impulses for the retail business of LBBW

Conception and development of digital and traditional marketing in all its facets - from social media to the design of an image campaign

Improving customer approach and controlling sales through artificial intelligence and data analytics by independent development of both technical and conceptual AI use cases in retail

Process management: Optimization and digitization of the process world for a better sales and customer experience

Product management: Optimization and control of the product range from financing and mediation on the active side to deposits on the passive side

Metaverse and Generation Z - also strategic innovation topics are not too short

You work in cross-departmental projects and transfer your knowledge to the LBBW organization.

You participate in internal and external events as part of your tasks.

With a completed economic studies (Bachelor/Master) or a bank-business training with completed further qualifications (e.g. bank-operated business) you are right with us. You have already gained valuable experience in an economic environment, in particular in the banking sector or comparable areas, for example through internships or student work. In addition, you have well-founded project experience.

You convince in the selection process with a successfully completed cognitive performance test.

You have strong communicative skills as well as cooperation and negotiation skills and have a safe handling of presentation techniques.

You can communicate safely on all levels and appear open and competent. You have German language skills of at least Level C1.

You have the joy of innovation and understanding and feeling for new trends and technologies in the digital environment.

You have analytical and conceptual skills as well as high problem solving competence.

You are open to new things, show a high self-initiative and work independently. Here, your high readiness for learning/change and innovativeness helps you.
