IT Business Consultant for Quality & Sustainability (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

Quality & Sustainability Interested: You advise and support our customers Lidl and Kaufland in the introduction and optimization of IT solutions in the field of quality and sustainability – from project idea to operation Solution Designer: You analyze and specify requirements, evaluate solutions and implement projects that cover topics such as product quality, product compliance and supply chain transparency Innovator: You will find customized IT solutions that help our customers achieve their quality and sustainability goals Technology enabler: You support the selection and implementation of software solutions and encourage integration into an existing IT landscape Knowledge broker: You carry out training and workshops with customers and internal teams and share your knowledge on quality, sustainability and IT Communicator: You'll start convincing reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders Teamplayer: You work in the team and are the interface between the international and national specialist departments, internal development and IT departments as well as external software partners

You have a successfully completed study of BWL, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable completed training with a focus on information technology and corresponding professional experience You have a deep understanding of IT processes and the ability to analyze and optimize them – you also bring experience in IT consulting, ideally focusing on quality and/or sustainability It would be beneficial if you could already gain knowledge of software and tools for quality and sustainability Your team skills, customer orientation and proactive working combined with strong analytical and conceptual skills complete your profile You are a communication and presentation professional and can express yourself very well in German and well in English
