Together with you, we create a solid basis for your professional entry and you can build on the support of an instructor throughout your training period. There is an extensive, challenging training of 3.5 years, which you can shorten due to good performance and in parallel you have the opportunity to acquire the professional training. In addition to your vocational training at Kärcher, you will learn the theoretical foundations at the vocational school in Schorndorf. You get into practice and learn the basics of electrical engineering, metal processing and computer science. We show you to mount complex systems from individual components or to program and read technical documents. In addition, exciting tasks await you in the fields of our locations, e.g. in our experimental and development center, our maintenance or production.

We are looking for smart heads who want to bring excellence every day with passion. You go your way full of self-confidence and with a good real school degree in your pocket, good notes especially in the main subjects mathematics and German. Physical processes or computer science have always inspired you. You are responsible, cooperative and like to work with others. English knowledge is advantageous, but no requirement.

A takeover guarantee with an indefinite contract at the end of your training. This gives you planning security for your professional future. A day before your training and a kick-off seminar at the beginning of your training, so you can quickly find your way around us and get to know the other trainees and students. Look forward to an attractive training allowance (1st year: 1.355 €, 2nd year: 1.430 €, 3rd year: 1.541 €, 4th year: 1.616 €), a separate laptop for the complete training period, a driving fee and working hours that make you work as flexible as possible. For your 30 days vacation per year of training you will also receive two free days, which you can also take over the year. You work 35 hours a week. .
