Responsibility for the transparency and prioritization of ongoing service orders – with focus on continuous monitoring, early bottleneck detection and proactive coordination with internal and external partners Direct contact for customers (national/international) in escalation and target conflicts – including coordination of follow-up measures Responsibility for ensuring material availability in close cooperation with disposition, purchasing and manufacturing – including risk assessment and action coordination at bottlenecks Analysis and reporting of performance indicators and identification of potential improvements Participation in the further development of Lean structures and Shopfloor concepts for optimizing processes and throughput times Close inter-area coordination with workshop management, new production, engineering, quality and order processing Participation in the evaluation of technical and terminological feasibility in the supply process

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, supply chain management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a role with process-analytical depth and operational control – e.g. Supplier Development, Repair Management or Production Planning & Control Experience in aviation or in a comparable regulated industry (e.g. automotive, medical technology) Ability to take operational decisions independently and actively promote issues in cross-departmental coordination Practice in the application of lean principles, narrow-pass control and modeling of processes Safe handling of Excel and ideally experience in SAP German and English knowledge in word and writing Very good communication and presentation skills in dealing with internal and external partners Sovereign and structured approach while simultaneously running processes and time pressure High self-responsibility and problem solving competence International readiness
