Digitalization Consultant (f/m/d)

Your tasks. Advise external customers for organization, business processes and their digitalization. Conducting workshops and individual interviews, developing digitalization strategies/ implementation concepts. Support in selecting software applications. Accompanying implementation, change management, project management. Documenting the project, presenting intermediates and results. Conducting training. Area. The position is assigned to the “Consulting” area. Your leadership is from the subject. It can give you expert feedback and support. Contact and contact points. You have regular contact with customers and colleagues from other areas. Travel activity. You can make many tasks virtual. You are on average 3 days a week on site with customers. Our customers are located in the Rhineland region (Aachen radius 100 km).

Technical/ methodical. Experience as a consultant/service provider in handling external customers. Experience in the management consulting/consultation of digitalization (consultation on the organization of the building/process, processes/ business processes and their digitalization/technical imageability). Experience in commercial business areas and processes of advantage (booking, controlling, financial and accounting, ...). Experience in the construction and real estate industry of advantage. Qualification. Studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or Comparative Qualification. Cross-income, strangers and autodidacts welcome with corresponding professional experience. Personal/social. High level of sense of responsibility and independence. Traveling willingness, even if we do a lot of teams. Language. German knowledge of native language in word and writing.
