Working Student Technical Writing (m/f/d)

From 01.09.2026 we are looking for a working student (m/w/d) Technical Editor for ProMinent GmbH. You work max. 20 hours/week during the semester and max. 40 hours/week in the lecture-free period. The working time can be flexibly divided between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. after consultation with your contact person. We offer you varied tasks in a globally active family business with a remuneration of EUR 18.49 per hour.

Documentation: You first, care and structure the technical documentation for process pumps and customer-specific systems and provide them for our customers on time. Process coordination: You coordinate organisational activities in the documentation process and take into account customer-specific requirements and extensions. Quality test: You check quality documents using test protocols and carefully integrate them into the overall documentation. Customer acceptance: You support customer acceptance as well as in all documentation-relevant topics and work closely with project management, production and other specialist departments. Order processing: You work on independent orders and flexibly support capacity peaks, in representation cases and in adjacent areas of technical documentation (e.g. series documentation).

Studies: You are immatriculated at a university or college. Basic understanding: Ideally, you already have first experience or knowledge in technical documentation. Technical understanding: You bring technical understanding and interest in technical products and equipment. IT skills: You are safe in handling MS Office applications; Basic knowledge of SAP is of advantage. Language skills: You have very good German skills and basic knowledge in English. Working: You draw your attention through organisational skills, communication strength and a careful working method and work hard, reliable and responsible.
