As a lawyer/corporate Counsel (m/w/d), the independent and legal support of national and international subsidiaries (including joint ventures) is one of your main tasks In this course you are responsible for the preparation and coordination of company decisions, board and advisory topics In addition, you support local management in corporate and governance-relevant issues and thus ensure compliance with local corporate law requirements The development and further development of a structured monitoring for the implementation of group-wide guidelines is also in your area of responsibility You also take over the follow-up and documentation of compliance with governance requirements The maintenance and further development of a corporate calendar for corporate obligations is another exciting additional topic You support the standardization of processes and documentation In addition, prepare decision-making bases for shareholders, advisory bodies and supervisory bodies and assist in ensuring proper decision-making The coordination of internal and external stakeholders (including consultants, local units) is also within your field of activity You work with group-wide projects (e.g. structural topics, governance initiatives) and take over clearly defined subprojects
