You conduct our specialist business independently and make sure that everything goes around You lead your team, motivate it and develop it further – including service planning You create a friendly, service-oriented shopping experience for our customers You advise competently and care for an attractive presentation of our products You take care of orders, goods acceptance and proper storage You always keep freshness and quality in mind and reduce food loss You make sure that all hygiene and safety regulations are complied with

Ideally, you have completed training in food crafts, e.g. as a specialist seller in the food craft bakery First leadership experience is advantageous You are team-ready and convince with strong communication skills You bring a high service orientation, friendliness and a safe occurrence with You work organized, show your own initiative and feel comfortable in a dynamic team You are flexible in terms of your working hours
