You connect software architecture, network technologies and system engineering to powerful overall solutions. Your duties Development and optimization of systems and components with mobile data links (e.g. LTE, 5G, future standards) Creation of concepts, architectures, specifications and test plans for systems and components Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments Analysis, modelling and simulation of transmission lines and communication protocols Implementation of system tests, performance analyses and validations in the laboratory and in the field (5G transmission protocols, campus networks, front & backhaul) troubleshooting and troubleshooting in complex communication systems
