You develop and control real estate projects from acquisition to concept and planning phase to realization and marketing You analyse locations, land plots and possibilities of use and create resilient economic calculations as well as business plans You coordinate internal and external project participants and ensure compliance with cost, time and quality objectives You accompany planning and approval procedures and represent projects to authorities, municipalities and other stakeholders You develop decision bases and present projects to management, investors and partners

A successfully completed study in the field of real estate, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable subject Multiannual experience in real estate project development Funded knowledge in the evaluation, design and economic management of real estate projects Entrepreneurial thinking, self-initiative and safe occurrence towards project partners, owners, authorities and investors Enthusiasm for the development of sustainable and market-oriented real estate projects and the joy of taking responsibility
