As a product manager for chemical-technical products, you are responsible for the strategic and operational support of two product portfolios (service & maintenance and surface coating) in the chemical-technical sector. You maintain and control the range of your product group, control the inclusion of new products and the listing of no longer relevant articles and provide technical support for your product areas. You analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive activities, identify technical innovations and actively seek innovations and new products. With your expertise, you drive ongoing quality improvements and ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality standards. In close cooperation with the product development, you will create new solutions and accompany their implementation to market maturity. You support the sales organization through training, product information and technical advice. You take responsibility for marketing your divisions, create targeted content and work closely with internal communication channels.

You have either completed their studies as an industrial engineer, economic chemist or in business administration. Alternatively, you bring several years of professional experience in the product management of chemical-technical products, ideally in the field of lacquers or surface coating. You work safely with digital tools and systems, especially for reporting, product analyses, assortment evaluations and support data-based decisions. A weekly presence on site in Künzelsau is of course for you to be personally responsive and to ensure contact with various departments. You are team-ready, strong in communication and have a high level of cooperation: both in interdisciplinary exchange and in cooperation with various business areas. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
