Your tasks:

• Maintaining and updating network documentation to ensure consistent and up-to-date data
• Installation and management of distribution data for structured mapping of technical network components
• Configuration and adaptation of signal paths to optimize network communication
• Optimization of IT service processes according to ITIL standards using ITSM, Command and MEGA.NET
• Development and documentation of system cabinet concepts for efficient planning and implementation of technical infrastructures

Your qualifications:

• A successfully completed study, or a completed training as a specialist informant or comparable to the required specialist knowledge on the topic: Construction, function and structure of transmission networks and telecommunications operators
• Knowledge of techniques SDH, DWDM
• Good handling of MS-Office
