Employee (m/w/d) for shopfitting planning (interior design)

We are a unique team of specialists – together with our customers we develop new gastronomic concepts and brands. In principle, humans are at the heart of our work as well as in everyday cooperation. The approximately 80 employees of our offices in Bochum, Frankfurt am Main, Fürth, and Schrobenhausen work across areas and locations in in interdisciplinary teams.

Commercial planning and drawing: You create precise planning and drawings for the implementation of individual shop construction projects. You use different CAD software to translate design concepts into technical drawings. Your practical expertise and experience are also in demand here. Drawing examination: You check and tune the production and assembly planning of the shop building with the corresponding structures and translate the technical drawings for the customer. Creation and testing of performance directories: You are responsible for the creation, adaptation and control of performance directories, tenders and calculations. You will check the offers and ensure the right selection and award of the trades. Quality assurance and compliance with standards: You make sure that all projects are implemented according to quality standards and legal requirements. Expert: You are an expert in your field and advise all your colleagues. You also let your expertise flow into the shop planning.

Completed training in carpenter's crafts. (Schreinermeisterin or Holztechniker is of advantage) Many years of experience in crafts and in the realization of projects. Experience in the area of shop design and construction management, ideally with knowledge in the creation of performance directories. Safe handling of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup) and safe handling of MS Office Experience in coordinating construction projects. Strong communicative skills and the ability to act as an intermediary between different project participants. Safe appearance to customers and good expressiveness. Self-employed and structured working methods and a high level of problem-solving capability. Very good German knowledge in word and writing and ideal English knowledge
