With the customer benefit in the center of our trade, we work on a holistic price management As a pricing expert:in you work in a cross-functional, agile squad/tribe and brings your broad expertise according to the priorities of all aspects of price management for operational and strategic control You are driving forward the development and further development of data-driven analyses and pricing models to enable sound, value-based pricing decisions. These include, among other things, the analysis of market and customer data, the development of price elasticity and value driver models, as well as the derivation of data-based action recommendations for operating and strategic price control With the colleagues of your Pricing Chapter, you develop the methods, pricing processes, market-oriented pricing models and toolsets etc., which are used in all Squads / Tribes In perspective, you work with international colleagues: in addition to the further development of the pricing expertise of the entire ista group of companies

You have successfully completed a degree in economics or an adjacent discipline or have a comparable qualification You have your core competency in price management (e.g. price setting, price strategy, price implementation) over min. 3 years successfully established in companies of one or more industries or in strategy consulting – especially in the analysis and further development of pricing models You bring proven (first) experience in the design and implementation of a wide range of aspects of price management – from the definition of structured pricing models to data-based analyses to the derivation of concrete recommendations for action Ideally, you have experience in adjacent areas such as marketing, product management, sales, etc. and also have a routine in preparing and analyzing large data sets, ideally using Python (e.g. for price elasticity models, segmentation analyses or the automation of evaluations) You work customer-centric, entrepreneurial and enjoy working parallel a variety of data-driven pricing and business issues You are strong in communication, you can convey complex analysis and price logics clearly and addressably and always find the right way to represent your positions with different internal and external stakeholders. You can speak German and English safely in word and writing
