You are responsible for the entire recruiting process independently from the request analysis, the selection of candidates to the successful setting. You conduct talks with candidates of all hierarchical levels, both sovereign and binding, even in contact with decision-makers and managing directors. You select external partners, brief them professionally and tax personal service providers actively and targeted. You occupy commercial positions at all levels from the specialist to the demanding leadership position. You will certainly communicate with international candidates and partners in English. You continuously develop our recruiting processes and instruments and actively contribute your own ideas. Depending on the scope of employment and personal strengths, you have the opportunity to take on additional tasks in personal care.

You have many years of experience in recruiting ideally on both the company and the service provider side. You have experience in managing external service providers and know how to use them in a targeted manner. You conduct talks sovereign, empathic and binding both with candidates and decision-makers at eye level. You advance Recruiting projects on your own initiative, keep an overview of complex topics and understand that different stakeholders with a fingertip feeling and commitment can safely lead to a common goal. You convince by authenticity, pragmatism and reliability and score with clear assessments as well as structured processes. You work independently, structured and with high quality standards. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and will certainly communicate with international candidates and partners.
