from 01.04.2025 in Berlin The Cyber Innovation Hub of the Bundeswehr (CIHBw) was launched in 2017 to support the digital transformation of the Bundeswehr as the Digital Innovation Unit (DIU). Our Vision Empowering Innovation in Defence is aimed at the needs of soldiers and civilian employees in the department of the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg). Their work is to be supported and facilitated by innovative ideas and solutions from the startup world. We serve as an interface between the Bundeswehr and the start-up ecosystem. Our aim is to accelerate the exchange with the European and international start-up ecosystem. In the public sector, we also focus on agile working methods and entrepreneurial thinking and link digital experts with the Bundeswehr. .
