Projektmanager (m/w/d) Place of work: Frankfurt am Main Job: Full-time (part-time is possible in principle), unlimited Job ID: 2026_0513_02 With a strong focus on strategic management and project management in the Wholesale Central Bank Digital Currency (wCBDC) environment, cross-functional tasks await you with high relevance for the future orientation of payment transactions. Analyze complex facts, tax central projects, coordinate wCBDC activities and work on the strategic development of digital central bank money.

You control an interdisciplinary team and represent it to the outside. You take strategically significant tasks, identify self-priority thematic fields and develop qualitative and quantitative analyses with clear policy guidelines for management. You analyze and tax dependencies between different project projects and execute a comprehensive project plan. You prepare complex topics for management in an address-oriented manner and work with the field management. You control central processes in the wCBDC context and assume the content responsibility for management templates to be created in this context. You will ensure the consistency and quality of contributions to wCBDC topics. You agree with other disciplines (e.g. right, controlling), a risk register and develop a controlling concept for wCBDC activities in coordination with the international project organization.

Master or equivalent degree of study of an economic, legal or technical field Good knowledge and experience in agile project management methods and strategic project and portfolio management Very good communication skills in German Very good communication skills in English In addition, desirable: Knowledge of European payment transactions Good knowledge of the economic and political aspects of digital central bank money Experience in the application of scientifically sound concepts for strategy development and management methods focusing on project management Basic knowledge of the governance of the Eurosystem Very good ability to prepare complex facts independently and addressably, as well as ability and willingness to work in different, complex topics in a short time Safe handling of modern collaboration tools (including Confluence, Jira) Embossed intercultural competence and high autonomy combined with pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
