HR Process Manager / HR Specialist (m/f/d)

In this position, you combine classic tasks of personnel management with active process and organization work: Analysis, optimization and standardization of HR processes (e.g. entry, exit, contracting, HR services) Development, documentation and care of HR process landscapes incl. Interfaces for billing and time recording Support in the introduction, use and development of HR systems and tools Takeover of HR projects (e.g. digitalization, service optimization, quality and process standards) Participation in recruiting, in particular in the creation of job alerts, applicant communication, interview organisation and administrative processing Support in personnel controlling, e.g. when creating HR key numbers, evaluations and reports

Completed studies in the field of human resources management, business management, economic psychology or a comparable qualification Found experience in central HR functions such as recruiting, HR services, processes, controlling and administration. Embossed process understanding as well as a structured and solution-oriented operation Experience in the analysis, documentation and optimization of processes Good knowledge of labour law is advantageous Affinity for HR systems, digitization and process automation Embossed service orientation, communication strength and team capacity
