Responsibility for portfolio management: You are responsible for building and managing real estate loan portfolios for our investors – from acquisition to structuring to ongoing management. Analysis & modelling: You carry out complex due diligence checks, analyze credit data and develop independent investment strategies and implement them. Transactions & project management: You control transactions independently and conduct projects over the entire life cycle. Investor Relations & Presentation: Investor Presentations and Performance Reports are your responsibility. Own-sponsored expansion and expansion of own investor relations and networks. Mentoring & Knowledge Transfer: You give your know-how to younger colleagues:inside you continue to shape the professional development of the team.

A completed economic studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience (ideally 5+ years) in project management or in real estate financing Funded knowledge in the analysis, modelling and management of credit portfolios Experience in the independent monitoring of transactions and project management Safe appearance in presentation situations and experience in the presentation of projects, transactions and analysis results Safe handling of MS Office as well as common analysis and modeling tools, very good knowledge of German and English Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and willingness to take responsibility and lead others
