All activities around the reception Telephone first contacts with our members Post-processing, appointment & organization General Secretariat work Maintenance of the client management program (eAkte) etc.

Completion as a lawyer or a comparable training with ideally professional experience, e.g. in a firm or in the secretariat of a (right) advisory office A high degree of flexibility, the place is NOT a pure morning place (2.5 days) Self-employment, self-initiative and methodological competence Fun at a challenging but very fulfilling working environment A safe and pleasant and relaxing occurrence and the important level of empathy and social competence for our clientele
