Quality & Analytics Evaluation and interpretation of analysis values around substrates, nutrients, water balance and plant growth Actively developing product quality Optimisation of existing flower earths and co-design of torf-free and sustainable substrate solutions Sparring partners for customers & areas Contact person for sales, production, development, customer service and external partners Practical experience Exchange with production facilities and gardening facilities and occasional on-site appointments at workshops and customers Technical advice & knowledge transfer Support for audits, complaints and documentation as well as training and technical advice on product quality and substrates
