Your duties: Intensification of the kitchen team of our customer Support in the pre- & preparation of cold & hot food equipping of the output counters & attractive orientation Portioning & output of tasty dishes Operation of the cash register Ensuring cleanliness & order of the work areas In- & Out-location of food & work equipment Cleaning of work equipment & areas Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP concept) A conscientious & fast working knowledge of the HACCP concept & teaching according to §43 Infection protection law (IfSG) Good German knowledge (min.
