Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Fuggerstraße 1d, 04158 Leipzig You take over the offer processing and costing of construction projects, including internal and external experts You develop special suggestions and alternatives for technical and economic optimization You provide price enquiries with our subcontractors and suppliers and assists in contract negotiations You create the necessary performance directories and fill the costing data You write off after-contracting

You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture or a comparable training successfully completed You can demonstrate first professional experience in the calculation and/or construction/project management of construction projects You have good user knowledge in costing programs (ideally RIB iTWO) You bring a high level of technical understanding with Ready-to-use, load-bearing capacity as well as an independent, committed and careful procedure are of course for you
