HR Specialist - Focus: Wage Tax & Social Security Law (m/f/d)

Consulting and training: You advise the personnel billing department on specific wage and social insurance issues in the daily business. You will keep up-to-date legislative changes in mind and convey the practical content within the framework of in-house training Assessment and risk mitigation: You assess wage tax issues relating to wages (e.g. cash and non-compliance), identify resulting risks and transfer them to appropriate measures within an internal control system. By implementing and continuously monitoring effective controls, you ensure that identified risks are sustainably mitigated and that compliance with legal requirements is continuously ensured Communication and Voting: You communicate safely with public authorities, social security institutions, pay tax outsiders, social security and auditors (m/w/d) and internal stakeholders Design and implementation: You provide valuable impulses in the optimization of billing processes and work closely with HR, company development and IT Project work: You are involved in projects relating to payroll, digitalization and system optimisation and bring your expertise into line with solutions

You have a commercial training in payroll accounting, are tax professionals (m/w/d) or have a completed study in tax law, BWL or a related subject with several years of relevant experience Multiannual practical experience in pay tax and social security law also through work in a medium-sized tax law firm Multiannual practical experience in operational personnel billing and the desire to further develop their own expertise and to shape the next professional step Experience with SAP HR or comparable systems is a plus You work structured, solution-oriented and with a very high degree of accuracy You can prepare complex topics in a comprehensible way, are strong communication and work safely with all stakeholders (m/w/d) – both internally and externally You act responsibly, work independently and at the same time like to work in the team – and are also involved in projects with their own initiative
