Design Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Discover a versatile role in our growing Design Management Team!As a Design Management Assistant (m/w/d), you play a crucial role in controlling, managing and optimizing our high-tech factories. Monitor and manage all design activities within a project, including the Engineering Budget and delivery time planning. Learn more about your new tasks Coordination and monitoring of technical standards, regular reviews with relevant disciplines. Establishing the design project setup according to internal guidelines, maintaining the engineering execution plan and training of the team. Ensuring communication and coordination in design and engineering, active participation in project meetings. Monitoring timetables, quality standards and change, submission and approval processes for all design/engineering documents. Tracing the entire design and engineering scope and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

3-5 years of professional experience, best in the construction industry – EPC industry. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Architecture/Design. Effective stakeholder communication and moderation of interdisciplinary/coordination meetings. Flowing German and good English skills. Experience in project coordination/management is a plus.
