Support us as an electrical technician or electrical technician (w/m/d) in the field of the Technical Monitoring Centre. As an employee of the Federal Criminal Office (BKA), you will be assigned to the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) with the work site Frankfurt (Main), but will work at the locations of the BKA. BImA is the central real estate service provider of the federal government. In connection with BKA's activity, it ensures trouble-free operation of the systems of the technical monitoring center and operates the management system of the fire alarm system in the shift service. You monitor the trouble-free operation of the systems in the technical monitoring center, in particular energy supplies of the low and medium voltage levels. You take care of the technical systems using the building control technology (GLT) and serve different GLT systems as well as the management system of the fire alarm systems in the shift service (order 24/7). The analysis of the state and alarm messages of the GLT systems with targeted fault and fault elimination is also part of your tasks. Minimise risks and solve problems due to decommissioning measures and minor maintenance work on the industrial plants, in particular on the energy supply, grid replacement, USV and large battery plants. You are responsible for overseeing foreign companies in maintenance and repair. The willingness to design flexible working hours is assumed for the following reasons: Service trips of about one to three days, maximum once in the quarter, in the course of training and coordination with the building and real estate councils at the locations of the Federal Criminal Office in Berlin and Meckenheim, as well as with representations of the departments there Special requirements for health and physical fitness due to alternating shift (even on weekends and holidays) These framework conditions are dynamic. Changes related to the perception of tasks may require adjustments or shifts.

(w/m/d) in the field of electrical engineering or equivalent skills and experience, but at least completed vocational training from the electrotechnical field, and at least 5 years of professional experience in a corresponding profession and driving licence of class B or Class III (must be present at the latest at the time of adjustment)

On top You have profound knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics and measurement and control technology. You have good user knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office). You have the ability to work independently, thoroughly and purposefully even with increased work. Good cooperation and team-oriented action are of course for you. You have a very good oral and written expression, have good cognitive and organizational skills, are resilient and independent and flexible in the task.
