We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/w/d) in the Private Customers segment to strengthen the dedicated team at the attractive location in the Rhein-Neckar region.

Location: Rhein-Neckar Region

They are responsible for the liability savings in the private customer segment throughout the product life cycle, including profitability. They formulate clear specifications for the technical implementation of the products and always focus on automation and digitalization. They are the contact person for the risk carrier with regard to the medical liability insurance and make the requirements for the implementation. They continuously develop innovative and sustainable products, observe trends and innovations, create market analyses and derive relevant measures, the realization of which you drive forward independently. As part of strategically relevant corporate projects, they work in interdisciplinary project teams on the continuous development of the product landscape and are contact persons for sales and partners. They support diverse (digitalization) projects with sales partners, customers and/or from the group network.

You have a completed study with economic, technical-mathematic or legal background (BWL, VWL, economics, economic mathematics, business informatics or comparable). They bring several years of experience from product management in the field of liability insurance. You use your analytical and conceptual skills in a skillful way to bring complex facts to the point and to communicate them to the address. With your good communicative skills it is easy for you to take the lead in cross-departmental projects. Your precise and thorough operation lets you enter the creation of insurance conditions, specialist specifications for the operating units or IT.
