Responsible in this challenging and “newly developed” position of Head of Finance You manage the business management of our group, perform functionally the areas of controlling, financial/ accounting and IT. In addition to the commercial and professional orientation of the role, you are a company-wide (co-)initiator, drivers as well as converters of change processes (organization, methods, systems) as part of the further development of our business model and our growth, in addition to providing reliable sales and earnings realisation on the basis of comprehensive business plans. You report directly to the Group's CEO.

As an experienced finance manager, you are proven to be successful in a similar position (CFO, Kfm. Head, Head of Controlling/Financials, etc.) with business-oriented embossing, have extensive professional experience from industrial series production in the automotive business or comparable structured industrial business models. As an analytical, methodological and at the same time creative manager, you are consistent in the implementation of company-wide decisions and the realization of ambitious goals, have strategy competence, the ability and will to understand thematic details and a pronounced hand-on mentality. As a leadership and change manager, you act empathically, motivatingly and energetically into the organization and promote development potentials and readiness to change.
