Site Manager (f/m/d) Service & Logistics Clothing Management of the German Armed Forces

From specification to tendering, awarding, quality assurance to logistics, distribution and processing, Bw Clothingsmanagement GmbH (BwBM) is responsible for the entire value chain of the Bundeswehr clothing – from shoes to helmet. In this way, we dress up about 250,000 active soldier soldiers as well as reservoirs and civilian employees of the Bundeswehr. We are looking for you in full time for our service station in Münster as: Projektleiter (w/m/d) The service station is in addition to the storage for all business processes including Dressing, lining, conversion and exchange are responsible for our customers and also offers services such as tailoring. In addition to the service station, we also operate a processing center at the site. Our processing centres are responsible for the preparation, repair and utilization of clothing and equipment of the Bundeswehr. All articles are processed from the receipt of goods to the sifting for processing to dispatch.

You lead a team of about 21 employees professionally and disciplinaryly. You undertake the deployment planning and prioritization for the processing of work orders. With your team, you are responsible for advising and equipping soldiers in the clothing, refitting and exchange. You manage the operations in the service station, from receipt of goods, storage and delivery to the return of the goods and continuously develop the processes. You are responsible for all organizational tasks at the site. You evaluate the company's key figures and report directly to the head of our West region.

You have a bachelor's degree or at least a completed commercial training. You can demonstrate relevant professional experience and at least two years of leadership experience in a comparable position (e.g. single, wholesale, warehouse management). You have good computer skills (especially in Microsoft Office applications), ideally bring you experience in handling goods management systems. High readiness and customer orientation are your top priority. An independent way of working as well as a friendly and persuasive appearance.
