Head of Building Construction - Major Projects (m/f/d)

You continue to develop our location in the Braunschweig area – both humanly and through the expansion of our customer base You take over the overall responsibility for our construction projects from planning to acceptance and work closely with the management You control order processing in technical, economic, timely and qualitative terms and ensure compliance with all standards You monitor the quality of construction work and ensure smooth operations on the construction sites You conduct contract negotiations with contracting entities, subcontractors and suppliers You represent us as a face of the group of companies to the outside and maintain trusting customer relationships

You bring several years of experience in managing complex construction projects, ideally with a project volume of between 40 and 60 million euros. Thanks to your extensive know-how in construction processes, techniques as well as in building and contract law, you act safely and solution-oriented in the project everyday. You lead clearly, bindingly and with empathy and understand how to motivate and develop your team. With your expertise and your trusted way, you will gain new projects and bring the willingness to travel in the North German area (about 10%). As a bonus, you will bring experience on the general contractor side, user knowledge in iTWO or an existing network in the Braunschweig region. German language skills in word and writing complete your profile.
