In this position you coordinate international transport, tax AOG and charter shipments, proactively engage our customers and work closely with the operating teams. First contact for our customers and partners in the field of Aerospace & Defence Tracking and monitoring of transport orders Organisation of Aircraft On Ground, Charter and On Board Courier shipments Integrated handling of global engine transport Close cooperation with all operational departments, sales and in particular customers Support of the accounting department Proactive customer support and sustainable solutions to ensure a long-term and partner customer relationship

Successfully completed training in the field of forwarding/logistics or a comparable qualification Professional experience in air freight, ideally focusing on Aerospace Good MS Office knowledge Teamability, loadability and good communication skills Embossed customer and service orientation Good knowledge of German and English
